The dreamiest 1960s floral garland hat in subtle shades of beige, antique cream and green made by Harbig and sold by David Jones store in Auckland, New Zealand. The base is a velvet covered wire frame that is curved at the back and comes to three mouldable points around the front. The hat is higher at the front to give a crown-like floral shape and drops down at the back to a beautiful large velvet bow. The flowers are a mix of open peonies with stamens and small buds and the leaves can be moulded curled or open with their wire centreline. Perfect for jazzing up an ensemble for a special event like the races or a wedding or whenever you feel like being a fairy queen.
