Ice cream sweet short sleeve 1950s fit n’ flare day dress. A soft, lightweight, mint green cotton, decorated with pink floral ribbons and panels of tiny pin tucks on the front bodice. Features a fitted waist, decorated with a small bow, and a delicate shallow neckline. The skirt is full and swingin’ double scoop creamy. With a petticoat underneath you might float away! Extra details include a metal zip at the side and unlined body. Extra fabric around neckline and shoulders strengthen those areas. Petite Vogue styles were made for younger or “petite” women, often teenagers, but the dress will still fit a modern XS, or S with a small waist. Label says size 11. There is 5cm on the hemline that could be lengthened.
