A simple retro roll on girdle in white nylon by Caressa, made in the United Kingdom. The medium weight elastic nylon has a pretty and shiny bow embroidered pattern across its surface. It is unlined except for power mesh panels at the tummy and bottom add extra support and shaping. A wide elastic waistband and thinner elastic around the hem are very soft. There are two plastic suspender hooks at the front and two at back to either hang loose or attach to your stockings. A cute ribbon bow marks the front. Care icons on the label reverse side suggest this piece was made sometime in the late 1960s to 1970s. A girdle like this is a great way to help you slide on those 60s minis or dress creatively by layering as a skirt.
