Refunds
Please remember all of our items are vintage or antique and wear is to be expected. They are delicate and need to be stored, worn and cared for in a mindful way. We do our best to describe any wear or flaws. Check the descriptions, measurements and photos carefully prior to purchase. If you feel the item has been grossly misrepresented then we will decide to either repair or refund in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act. As all of our items are one of a kind treasures we cannot offer a replacement. Please email us with a description and photos of any issues with the item. We may then ask for the item to be returned to Halcyon Days Vintage. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will email you to notify you that the item has been received and the status of your refund. Any shipping costs will be included in the refund if the refund is approved.

Returns
In general, we do not offer returns. Please check the descriptions, measurements and photos carefully prior to purchase. Under exceptional circumstances, we may consider to offer a return in exchange for store credit (not including shipping). Contact must be made within 48 hours of the item being delivered to you, then we will ask the item to be returned unused and in the same condition as originally sent.
