Pretty in plum summer dress, early 1950s with broderie anglaise waistband and cuffs. This dress has been delicately made with pinked seams and gathers around the waistband. A drawstring is threaded through the eyelet cut outs and original metal and glass buttons run the length of the dress front. Extra hook and eye closures at the waistband and a collarless notched neckline. 5cm of extra hem.
