A classic white cotton retro wiggle dress from the early 1960s. A simple hourglass shape with a fitted gathered waist, short sleeves and a pretty Peter Pan collar with floral applique on the front. The bodice is gathered into the waist and there are darts at the upper skirt to give it shape. There is a short slit at the back of the skirt. Fabric is a white woven cotton of medium weight, fully lined with white cotton except for the short sleeves. Belt loops at waist. Sleeve hem has been finished with hand sewn fabric tape. The closure is a central back metal zip that doesn’t reach the collar.
