A classic silk cocktail dress with a nipped in waist and square neckline from the late 1950s to early 60s. The lightweight silk features a striking geometric printed pattern in various shades of green and turquoise. The bodice is unlined but the skirt has interfacing to stiffen it. There are two small mother of pearl buttons sewn at the interior corners of the neckline. The waist is defined by darts at front and back. A reverse pleat is also featured at the back hemline. This beautiful piece slips on with a plastic side zip.
