1930s evening blouse, in a liquid black satin and lace peplum. A sheer and soft crochet-style lace and fitted waist. All the action is at the chest with a pleated and gathered front, smocked detailing around the collar, decorated with irridescent green gelatin sequins. Asymmetric bow detail on left shoulder and slightly puffed and padded shoulders for extra drama! Popper clusures up the left waist. This is straight out of the wardrobe of a 30’s Hollywood screen Vamp.

Condition: Very good, some minor pilling on blouse back, small seam repair above closures. The sequins are likely gelatin and so are delicate (do not wet), some are missing and they have been left as is.
